Polaris is a braytech not a warmind weapon. Plus with wraith of Rasputin it already does. Same with sleeper.

Its also technically a ikelos weapon. Weapon ornament. Also with wrath of rasputin sunshot can make warmind cells easier.

It's a brey weapon and the breys did make the warmind so it makes sense, and yes I know that with the right mod it can make warmind cells. If they added cell production to its intrinsic perk it would mean 2 ways to form cells as well as add some versitility.
