The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

 • Well, I have done that appeal and even if I had not, if you had read my post or that page, you'd see that Bungie's policy is to disregard by default any sort of inquiry and leave the player I'm the dark. So what is a legitimate player supposed to do? I never got a splash screen warning, never had any sort of problem, never got a notice or warning of ANY kind. Explain to me how I am supposed to correct a problem (assuming there IS one) if the policy is to specifically not tell me what that problem is? What kind of logic is that? How does that do anything but create frustration and anger?
