Sleeper Sim & Outbreak Should Be Able to Make Warmind Cells
Outbreak Perfected can be debated because of the weapon technically being a modified warmind gun with SIVA, but Sleeper Simulant TOTALLY counts as a warmind weapon and should be able to generate warmind cells. Sleeper kinda sucks right now, so this would be an easy and cool way to make it better.

I'd like to see Sleeper function kind of like Divinity, except it only procs on Sleeper crits (since the aim assist was nerfed a few seasons ago) and the damage is scaled between crits and non- crits... that way it prevents boss melting for inaccuracy. Just something different... Sleeper is pretty much useless at this point
