Man, I know how the Flood people feel about Porch Day now.
Seeing all these new kids telling those of us who were actually involved with the Cookie Wars, and friends with Xronad, all about the Church of Bernthal is irritating. I literally killed Xronad and sent his temple to the Nowhere on his request.

I mean, I remember back a few years when I first joined OffTopic. The Worts, the various active RP groups out there, when groups even were a thing as opposed to clans. Don’t remember anything farther back than that.

We've had a few different eras. What I'm referring to specifically is stuff from the last year or so, with the newest new kids only having arrived a few months ago. And I guess it's really only the one.

I think I might one of the only ones still here from the whole group purge when D2 first came out. Everyone moved to Discord and stuff when that happened. So, you ain’t alone in that thought.

Wait, the temple disappeared? I didn’t know that. I thought it was just in ruins at the center of the city. :o

I never gave it back during the Apocalypse. The ruins are still within the Nowhere, along with Xronads remains...which I'm not sure what Luke did with. I'd imagine a funeral pyre on the grounds before setting off to defeat me.

The idea of the sacred magical landmark in the center of this weird probably magical city just up and disappearing one day is a really cool idea. I like it! ^-^ . . . But, erm, under the impression it was still in the center of the City, I had a moment in one of my yet-to-be-written RPs where a big spooky castle appears hovering above it. I guess, if it’s not there anymore, did anything take its place? Or is the center of the City just kinda empty now? I may need to find a new landmark to ominously float above.. Though given how I still have barely written any of my planned RPs, this is probably a non-issue, anyway. :p

I don't know if anything replaced it...I also can't seem to find where I'd mentioned the temple not returning to the city so maybe that was just something I had planned but never actually put out there... I need to find Luke and see if maybe he had written it in one of his story posts

Well, I mean if you said you took it away, then I don’t think you necessarily need to say it didn’t return. As long as you didn’t say it did return, I think it still being gone is implied. :p Let me know if you do dig anything up, though. Pretty much the entirety of what I had planned takes place in the aforementioned floating castle, so it’s not a huge deal, but floating over important landmarks is always more intimidating than floating over random patches of city!

I can see how that is frustrating... I wish that I had a better knowledge of those times. It sounds like a lot of fun things happened with them.
