Yeah I hit that wall this week too. This is how look at it. By the time the season ends I'll either be at the cap or not. And the following season I get there just as quick. Normally the grind doesn't bother me but this time around it does. I think cause it's just old and I'm tired of it I also think the process to unlock quest needs to be fun mission and not a bounty-fest. then you have counter productive quests happening in strikes, crucible, gambit. Those who are trying to get their lure updated so they run as fast as they can to the end and those who want to kill everything to update their stasis. Just makes a mess of things. And then it finally hit me that sunsetting weapons only ruined the game cause there's not enough new weapons replacing them. A vendor refresh would've helped this greatly. This game would be very playable is there wasn't a light level, but you had to defeat certain bosses or missions to unlock the next thing. Find ten widgets in the destiny world to get that -BUT have actual in game clues to help you find it. Not use an alternate source not in game to decode what your asking me to do. they almost have it but still miss the mark.
