There are different types of pinacles.
Raid is +3.
Strikes and crucible and such is +1.
Master hunt or 100K nightfall is +2.

The answer to your question is... NO. Raids have always been +10...then in shadowkeep they became +3.

Satire? They have been +2 even from shadow keep. I've been pinnacle cap every season lol. +10? Pinnacle before hard cap sure but after hard cap raids were never +10 lol.

Its not satire no. And yes the + 10 was before hardcap. I always got +3 from raid pinacles after the powerfull cap.
