I got a full loadout of 1250 guns first. Moved them to my alts, did a few campaign missions to gather some blue armour, once my Season Pass armour started showing it would drop at ~1213 I pulled it 1 piece at a time, lowest slot first. By the time I was done with that I was at Raid level.

I literally only did mission 1 on my Titan then 1 by 1 acquired each season armor to my current lowest slot and my Titan went from 1050 to 1230 in ten minutes. Lol
