Unfortunately only the current owner of the clan can transfer ownership of the clan

If you look up that clan the owner is "RetroRound" that is me. It just an account i cant get on

No I'm retroround. See how that works? They can't just take people's word for it and strip clans from people. Proof of ownership is the log in creditinals for the owning account

Unfortunately that account is the owner. You would have to log in to change the owner. You might was to work with the email provider and try to regain the email needed otherwise nothing can be done
