If I'm not mistaken. Bright Engrams now contain everything from Season 1 through to 3 seasons prior to current. So this season it's Season 1 through to 9. Next season will be Season 1 to Season 10.
But, they're weighted to drop blue transmats and ghost projections, and with so many items in them now, don't expect to get anything good.
