Issue with

Every Time I load up destiny 2 i get a "connecting..." forever loop. I have had is sit for well over an hour just to see as well. I have 2 modems in my house Modem 1: Optimum D-link DIR-868L 300mbps Modem 2: Altice Fibergateway GR240BG 1000mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) I have no issues when Ethernet connected to Modem 1. If I am connected to modem 2 I get the error. This is why I know my hardware is ok and I can't figure it out. PC Hardware: OS: Windows 10 x64 Mother Board: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 CPU: Intel i9-9900k GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 TI RAM: Trident G-skill 32GB My motherboard has 2 Ethernets Ethernet 1: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V Ethernet 2: Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controller I have tried in both ports and issue persists no matter what. The only workaround I have figured out to make it work is to unplug my ethernet and plug it back in 5-10 seconds with destiny 2 open. then it will sign in. I have also updated both ethernet drivers, tried to see if UPnP was available on Modem 2 (it's not) and see if I can do port forwarding but that doesn't work because there are 3 people playing destiny 2 in the house. 1 is on Modem 1 and one is on Modem 2. Both have no issues connecting it is just me. Please help.
