I've got exactly your same issue, not a single problem till yesterday when this nightingale code started appearing during the login phase. I've tried all the suggested solutions but nothing solved my problem. if anybody has any ideas, let us know please -- UPDATE -- I managed to solve the problem without using any DNS address or VPNs/Third party apps. Basically, i was searching through my internet properties: Left click on Wi-Fi icon --> Open internet property --> Scroll at the very bottom on the window and you'll find "network restoration" or something like that (sorry i got the computer in another language so i'm "traslating" at the best i can to be helpful) So i've clicked on the network restore and the computer just reinstalled all my network card and settings by default and it solved the problem, no worries if you get disconnected and takes few minutes to actually do something.
