Quite/close Destiny 2 completely
Turn off HDR on the console
Launch Destiny 2
Go to settings and set brightness to 4
Quite/close Destiny 2 completely
Turn HDR back on on the console.
Launch Destiny 2
Calibrate brightness in the game.
Adjust the white as it instructs you
Adjust the dark/black to be as close to center as possible.
Done.
That’s what I had to do.

This worked for me, thanks! After restarting Destiny, I was able to go into the video settings and turn the HDR on.

I did that but the improvement was minimal and only in the bright areas, the polarization and negative effects are still there in the dark areas. It's broken, needs fixing.

This didn't change anything for me. Appreciate you trying though.

This partly worked for me. Got it to work in the new areas & tower. But Nessus still has oily blacks and weirdness.
