Hello. Next time your game crashes, could you paste your DxDiag here?
You can find this by doing the following:

bro, I've been playing for a long time and it never occurred to me, it started from yesterday to today. so don’t tell me it’s the spec being that I’ve played for months. Nor was it because of the "beyond light for the simple fact that it has been playing since its launch. And if you are not going to help me with this then explain to me how I refund Forsaken and Shadowkeep that I bought before yesterday!
