People miss Big crucible maps Ammo consumables are more useful then finder perks (you can only select one at a time per weapon and some take up 3 energy) And leveling weapons in D1 wasn’t a nightmare clearly you never knew what motes did so it makes me doubt you played D1

Oh yes having to use motes of light to upgrade your gear every time sucked. I got a new weapon I wanted to try out? Well now I either have to use some of my motes of light or play with it for hours just to try the perks. It was a way to pad playtime And amo consumables would be OP rn. We already have enough methods of getting heavy and special. We don’t need more.

Lmao, You obviously didn’t play D1 leveling up guns was super easy you made it sound hard and ammo consumables wouldn’t be too overpowered. Guess you haven’t heard of raid banners and never understood what the ammo consumables were used for in D1 (you would pop them before a boss fight in a raid so you would go in with full ammo, you could go in and pop another one mid fight but due to slow load times it was sometimes a risk)

Raid banners are once per encounter, not whenever and wherever you want. (outside of crucible) And with PC load times, how much of an advantage would that give pc players in raid races? And leveling up weapons was annoying. Especially exotics

Annoying and Hard can mean the same thing when it comes to leveling so okay. It wasn’t annoying it was extremely easy it took 3 seconds to fully level a gun

Not everyone had loads of those materials at the ready. I never did for some reason and only towards the end of D1 did i have a stockpile. It’s an unnecessary mechanic that doesn’t have to be in the game

I don’t know how I never had a lot of them. Oh WAIT!!! I remember!! I was being an idiot and wondered if items were deleted in stacks or one by one (I know, I’m an idiot) so I tested it on the motes. I know. I was an idiot. But I made leveling up weapons and stuff so much more harder. But either way, it was an unnecessary mechanic. I’m glad it’s gone

What are you going on about this time People used consumables before encounters so they didn’t have to wipe for ammo i compared that to raid banners Destiny 1 will never be on PC so whats with this second comment what does that have to do with D1 And for your last Exotics and Legendary guns both took the same time to level up (if not using motes if you were then it would take 10 seconds) Dude you obviously didn’t play destiny 1

Heavy ammo consumables give you full heavy with a cool down. Same thing for special and primary consumables. Pc can load way faster, giving pc players another advantage when it comes to raid races.

That wouldn’t make a difference in a raid race Even if it did that isn’t a reason not to have them Console will never beat PC so what would it matter? Raids come out once a year now As well bungie could easily disable them they have the power to do so. (I still doubt you played D1 since you said exotics were hard to level up)

Halos after nightfalls were actually very sought after back in D1. It gave incentive to actually do them, the loot was just icing on the cake. Nowadays, only reason to even do NF is for a powerful and a pinnacle.

Hell me and a good amount of my friends did the nightfall for the halo alone, especially of the nightfall was that siva abomination strike.
