Radeon 5700XT, Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB RAM @ 3200Mhz. Thieves Landing spawn zone, Dreaming City spawn zone see the heaviest slowdown issues. Dropped from 100+ FPS before BL update to ~47 FPS in these zones currently. Just came here to drop my info in here. I've tried some of these suggestions here. Going to try switching to older drivers today. There's obviously more going on here, as both AMD and Nvidia users are seeing different issues since BL. Thanks for the megathread.
