Thanks for your help, but....it didn't work.
before BL i was in orbit with 200/300 fps easy, now i get 100/120, and as soon as i land on Europa, down to 70/80.
Windows version 1909.
Once again, thank you, at least u tried.

Maybe its because you are on the old 1909 build. Realy weird issue at this point but i still believe that something is wrong with destiny and for some reason going back to an old driver helped me. And some others. Oh well i hope it gets fixed bud
