EDIT: After further testing it seems there is still a slight stutter with this driver. Frames are pretty much back to normal though. Not perfect but close, better than anything else I've tried.
Milky Pie and Morningstar are correct AMD drivers 20.4.1 fixes the fps issues, for me at least.
Download the AMD clean up utility and run that. It will remove your current adrenaline drivers.

Then after rebooting redownload the 20.4.1 adrenaline

I'll give it a try. 20.4.1 works quite well apart from a slight stutter every now and then. Thanks for the info.
