Thank you bro It worked for me. Only checked the tangled shore but I'm getting a smooth 100-144FPS On the tangled shore. No stutters yet.

Im happy but we must all thank user Millky-pie he was the real mvp with this ! But then its confirmed for nvidia and amd install the driver before windows 2004 optimizations. What was the driver number you downloaded ?
