• I always said it was Bungie and Activision was smart for leaving; they knew what most are just now realizing.

  • 😄 Now the excuse is that they don't have the resources and the pandemic since they can't blame Activision anymore 🤦‍♂️

Easy: “It’s Activision’s fault that we don’t have the engine, expertise, infrastructure, staff, inspiration or pride to build this once hugely promising IP, nurturing into what it could have been - epic, brilliant, one of the very best video game IP’s ever (No, never, nope, how dare you suggest anything but? {quickly change Code of Conduct to make this a crime} - It’s definitely not our fault for hiring badly, pushing the talented people out, retconning everything, sun setting anything & leaving behind the dregs & the woke!) We are poor - Throw Money” ~ Bungle 😆

  • Activision was still the reason we had D2Y1, so it's not like they weren't a problem.
Activision was still the reason we had D2Y1, so it's not like they weren't a problem.
Found one 🤦‍♂️ Yeah, Activision told Bungie to reboot the game and have the CEO quite at the time right? Ooh, and Activision told them to keep using their broken engine that is older than dirt that can't produce content anywhere near a timely matter that it could take up to 24hrs. Man, I can see how Activision was a huge problem especially telling Bungie to sign a 100 million contract with a mobile game company and telling them to put most of their employees on that game and leave this one on the back burner. Holy, he'll man, you got Activision pegged, bravo!

  • It's pretty common knowledge that they push developers to make sequels. But all you do on these forums is complain about bungie so idc about whatever sarcastic bs you're saying. Why even log into their website if you hate them so much. Muted.

  • Considering you have no clue what bungie did in D2 Y1 let me tell you D2 launches - Bungie solely made this (not doing well) Curse of Osiris launches - Bungie and a new studio sent by activison made this with mainly bungie being in charge of content and the other company designing gear (failure of a dlc due to content) Warmind - the second team activison sent works and mainly produces this dlc while bungie designs gear and the story (dlc was better then the last but had a terrible story with Xol being wasted in a strike) Forsaken - Vicarious Visions and Highmoon Studios primarily make this dlc with bungie in charge of maintaining the dlc afterwards and helping in spots the 2 stuidos need help in (dlc was a absolutely a success) (The rest if the annual pass was made solely by 1 of the 2 studios it alienated between them till penumbra) Im sure you can see the trend Anything bungie helped worked on (specifically their part) turned out bad They constantly complained about Activison making them work to hard but the most likely scenario was them not working hard at all and Activison actually making them work was too much (as seen current major expansions that go past the original date of release still cant get even close to forsaken level dlc)

  • Thats what forums are for. To voice your opinion. His points may have been sarcastic but theyre still valid.

  • Lol. Actually, when you talk down to people, your points aren't valid. I've seen YS around and all they do is b*tch about management and call people BDF for liking the game. That's what the mute button is for. Hiding stupid opinions.

  • Bros, everyone's points are valid to themselves and to people that agree with them; quit trying to cancel each other's opinions, you both come off as childish.

  • It's common knowledge that Bungie had full creative control, so don't know what nonsense you are trying to push off. https://wccftech.com/bungie-we-need-to-dispel-the-notion-that-activision-was-some-prohibitive-overlord-that-wouldnt-let-us-do-awesome-things/
Bungie: We Need to Dispel the Notion That Activision Was Some Prohibitive Overlord That Wouldn’t Let Us Do Awesome Things.
