Help, need to unlink PlayStation account from my Bungie account
Hi, I linked my PlayStation account to my Bungie account during the destiny 1 era.
I have long since lost access to my PlayStation account linked and its associated email and don't even own a PlayStation anymore.
I have talked to sony and they are unable to help me regain access as I only know the account name and don't have access to the email it was linked to.
Is it possible for Bungie to just unlink it from my account so I can use the cross-save feature to bring my Destiny 2 progress from my Xbox to steam?

If you can't authenticate it and Playstation can't help you regain access, I'm afraid it cannot be unlinked from your profile. To enable Cross Save you would need to link a free dummy account from Stadia to your current profile and sign in with that account in order to unlink your Xbox and Steam accounts. Create a new profile with either Xbox or Steam and then link the remaining account to the new profile. Be aware that changing profiles will cause you to lose any emblems redeemed through reward codes. The other option is to ignore the Playstation account on your profile, not use Cross Save and continue playing your accounts on their respective platforms.
