I highly doubt people are purposely sabotaging nightfall runs. Things like this can happen accidentally. If you’re truly worried about it, grab 2 other people and then you won’t have to worry about random people “sabotaging your rewards”

Grabbing friends to do a simple Nightfall when matchmaking is available just isn't worthwhile especially when they don't need it. I'm not that worried about the rewards and this isn't selfish as your reply implies; the purpose of this post is to make Bungie aware of the issue and the potential for it to be abused affecting the gameplay of others.
