Fun idea for PvE, but this would be absolutely miserable to go up against in PvP.
D2's phyisics are NOT your friend. Even landing on uneven ground can instantly kill you, let alone getting smacked against a wall or off a cliff.
I can only imagine the infuriating deaths that will happen because a 100 Strength Monte Carlo Warlock decided to spam this thing. The knockback would have to be nerfed to crap vs. players.
This would be awesome for champions though. It essentially frees up an armor/seasonal mod slot.

Thank you for the feedback. I think it depends on what the knockback would normally be like to determine what would need changed about it for PvP. I wasn't imagining anything super strong when I thought about the knockback, but I did imagine it being able to hit multiple targets in front of you at once. I'm also not sure about the damage. I can't imagine it being much stronger than a regular melee. Perhaps the damage is stronger the closer you are and weaker if you're too far away. Maybe that could also effect the knockback or maybe not. I can picture the frustration in PvP if it has too much knockback though.
