In the collectors edition logbook Clovis tells us that the Anomaly* and Clarity Control** both took the same form, the same form as the statue within the Pyramid. Clarity Control seems to be lesser than the Pyramids so I’d say that Clarity was copying the Pyramid statue, not the other way around.
Whatever the case, they’re all taking the same form, and it’s most likely supposed to represent The Winnower.
I absolutely love the feeling in that room, with the state of the room, the whispers and the moving statue and the sheer eeriness of it. I really hope Clarity Control and the Anomaly and the Tree of Silver Wings all play some role in the future because it would be a shame to have them do nothing.
*The Anomaly was the artifact found at the K1 site, and is in fact the object in Crucible map. This is revealed in the Shadowkeep collectors edition logbook.
**Clarity Control is the name of the statue, and Clovis gave that area of the Deep Stone Crypt the same name. So, to clarify, I’m talking about the statue.

I had a thought. So the Winnower and the Gardener are two opposites. The Gardener has always been referred to as the Traveler, and the Winnower, the Darkness. Thing is, the Winnower has a clear physical state, as shown by the statues, as well as the Pyramids (though obviously the Pyramids aren’t necessarily the Darkness itself). The Traveler has never shown itself to have a different form than the sphere we see today. Maybe the Traveler is the “god incubator” (as it’s been referred to before) to the Gardener, and we’ve just always seen it the way it is now because the egg hasn’t “hatched”? Cause also be that the Winnower statue we’ve been seeing is kind of like an idol, not necessarily representing a physical form, but rather an idea of what it could be.

Good question. I’ll explain better. So, Kuang Xuan (the guy in charge of the K1 crew) tells us in the Shadowkeep booklet that the Anomaly was a black sphere. In the Beyond Light booklet Clovis says that the Anomaly took the form of the statue when it communicated to him. So maybe it changed shape? Maybe it showed him an image of that in his mind? If it changed shape it might have been a different size than Clarity Control. We don’t know. But while in its spherical form it is small enough to fit in that container that Clovis made.

Yup, a Warsat nailed the Titan. It definitely could have been Rasputin, because Clovis probably put it under Rasputin’s protection. But I also entertain the possibility that the Anomaly itself threw the Warsat at her.
