Good luck it is a long long road.
First you need to get Bungie's respect and earn a mentors position then maybe at some time after Bungie may offer you a Ninja position.

By helping others on these forums mainly the #Help forum page. After a couple of years you may get contacted by Bungie asking you if you want to be a mentor.

Mentors and Ninjas are Bungie.net titles if they help on third party sources it is through their good will alone. If you want the title alone then it is not reason enough.
