I pushed the "Claim Reward" button for the Prophecy Hoodie Bungie Reward well before the expiration deadline, and recently went to access the email again to purchase the hoodie before the purchase deadline. When I clicked on the link, however, it leads to a page that says "Reward Expired". I don't see how this is possible considering that I have the email which can only be accessed unless you hit the "Claim Reward" button. What should I do?
