Try going into your Games and Apps, Selecting Destiny 2, Select Manage Game/Files, and making sure the files are checked for installation. If not, select them and they'll download. If they're not there, you can go to the Microsoft store, and should be able to download them. At the very end, if all else fails, contact Bungie Support,and they should be able to hook you up. Cheers

Ugh they’re all checked off. And there is no bungie support. This company is really starting to piss me off.
