I have the same performance issue as many others that have posted here. While on Tangled shores load out zone i get around 45fps with 30-60% GPU usage The same behavior exhibits across Tower region and other demanding zones. I notice that all across the game GPU usage is low on 1080p, around ~30-80%, regardless of video settings. I also experience micro stuttering issues where the game freezes for half a second or even less, and it happens quite often. Switching to "force_enable_multi_threaded_render_submit" = 1 improves performance but gives lots of flickering artifacts, while micro stuttering issue is still present. I've tried all the other solutions provided in the thread but nothing helps. All other games run smooth with 95%+ GPU usage and no issues whatsoever. PC specs: https://pastebin.com/msaD031N
