I’m dropping to what seems like a capped 60FPS while in any playlist activity while I typically sit at a steady 165FPS. I am running a 3080 and i7-8700k. I’ve tried all the typical remedies with no success.

Also when I try to change between full screen, windowed fullscreen etc in destiny my pc crashes.
