having a similar issue here, my hunter has the exo challange on the map.
titan and warlock have nothing, variks has nothing to give to me.
both characters have completed all quests upto that point

However my Hunter doesn't have the exo challenge symbol or powerful drop showing on the map. There are 2 issues being reported here though, i have the lament sword already and done all quests, i just don't have the exo challenge symbol on my hunter showing up. Its clear there's a bug here, some advice BNG help?
