Hello. If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account.
Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to [b][url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2]re-link your accounts together[/url][/b] then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

For most people this is not an issue with the account linking but rather that people are coming back and there are way too many items to claim than can be displayed. When collecting a gun from Amanda Holiday I will see the loot for a split second but then it will disappear and glitch out making the scrolling noise. This happens to way too many people and has been for a very long time. The account link is NOT the issue for most cases so please try not to frame it as if it is the only answer.
