Hello, One of my friends did the Cross save to go from Xbox to PC. It authenticated and everything went through. However he must have been going too fast or he loaded in and clicked through it before doing the cross save on the website. I believe he clicked off of the Cross save pop-up message when first loading into the game on PC. Is there a way he can load in the cross saved characters at this stage? Everything is linked at this point and authenticated and nothing was disabled on the website. Just don't know how to get that original message up. Thank you in advance!
