Has your titan picked up the Old Secrets, New Challenges quest from Variks?
You have to complete that quest before the option to launch the Exo Challenge from the map unlocks.

I've done the old secrets quest today and it's not registering on the lament exotic quest. Grrrrr...

I completed this quest on my Hunter and don't have it available on my Titan. When I completed it on my Hunter it opened for my Warlock automatically, however my Titan doesn't have either the quest option or the Exo Challenge

That's odd. Could you check the Quest Archive in the tower with your Titan to see if it somehow ended up in there? If it's not, could you post a screenshot of your Europa map and your Titan's quest log? You can use a public image sharing site like imgur, or twitter to upload the image and then just post the link here.

I had hoped reset would take care of it, however it still doesn't appear for my Titan. I do have it still though on my Warlock and Hunter. Thank you

I figured this out. I had already completed everything on my Titan, however I had picked up a Quest for the Bow. When I picked up that Quest from Variks, I didn't realize it would then consider me not completing the quest originally, when all I wanted was a different bow. I then didn't finish the new bow but that was what was holding me back on the quest for the Exo Challenge. Now I can do it straight from the map

Glad you got it working. So an incomplete Empire Hunt weapon quest was blocking it? Interesting, that's actually helpful to know, thanks again.

It is ok. I appreciate you trying. I don't know if me starting the Lament quest on my Titan and then finishing it on my Hunter created this problem, however it would make sense since the Titan is the one effected. Thank you for passing it along

I have a Chaperone Quest for my Exotic (finished this on a different char cause I have Chaperone,) and not in any of the others. Here is the screenshots you requested. The screenshot showing the Exo Challenge is my Warlock and Hunter. Not sure if htat is what caused all this.

I had to complete all Europa weapon quests and all Empire hunts from all toons before the quest showed up for me.
