On Tangled Shore and maybe on everyone else locations, game using only 2 cores 2 threads CPU. You can have 4, 6, 8, 12 cores, but game will still be using 2 cores. Enableling multithread render in CVARS, makes all cores CPU work more evenly. Before BL this was not.
