I can 100% confirm this i run the game a relatively low settings at 1080p on a 2080 and i9 9900KS and pre-beyond light content runs at barely 40% GPU usage (while i have stream labs/discord/ a chat bot program/ 3-4 chrome windows open as well) but as soon as i go anywhere in europa (seems worse in the non-patrol areas like the old fallen city in the north of the map) my GPU gets fried sit at 99% useage constantly dropping 25% frames on my stream, GPU temp spikes like 4-7 degrees the whole thing. i litterally cant stream europa content cos it just nukes everything
