Hi there. The API for third party sites is currently not showing information correctly, so please ignore them. Your video clearly shows you cleared the raid within the first 24 hours and received the relevant emblem so there doesn't appear to be any issue.

I really think it isn't. Our other team went to destinytracker.com and their run is counting as full while ours says DNF after every persons name.

You still unlocked the triumph and received the rewards for completing, plus the 24-hr emblem. As mentioned, we're aware that third party sites aren't showing things correctly due to API issues but that does not affect your raid completion in any way. Third party reporting should resolve itself later on, either after maintenance or when the third-party sites perform updates.
