Can confirm, at Variks (spawn) going from [i]100% render scale, FHD, high settings[/i] to [i]25% render scale, lower resolution and all low settings[/i] [b]at locked 60fps, no v-sync[/b] Nvidia inspectors shows 99% utilisation all the time. The same testing with no fps cap boosts frame rates just by 5 to 12 frames (average 83fps at low). CPU usage stays between 60% and 85% utilisation at non boost clock.
