Mini Tool and Drang Unavailable
These two weapons are supposed to be sold by banshee, but they don’t appear there. Is there some error that I’m unaware of?

I got them. They did not appear at the gunsmith for any of my three characters, nor in collections for the Hunter or Warlock. However, they were in my Titan’s collections. I’m not sure how this is setup, but it seems odd, considering I did the quests on all three. However, I got what I was looking for and I hope others may find them as well.
