In your Steam interface, go to Destiny 2's properties, go to the DLC tab and uncheck Beyond Light. Wait until it finishes the uninstallation. Then, check it again to redo the installation of the unlock key.
See if that fixes your issue.

Owyeah and this is happening to. I can do the raid but not the beyond light strike

Nop already did that and no succes. But i have found it, need to take the missions and campaign from Europa. Maybe its a bug?
