It could have something to do with map loading. Maybe I’m not really sure

I think there might be some partial CPU bug mixed in with a GPU utilization bug. honestly anything is up for grabs on what the "real cause" is. just seems odd GPU usage is high regardless of settings and resolution set which means something is surely off with "something" graphic based.
