Yh this is exact same experience Ive seen, cvar's doesnt help, shader cache nothing, settings dont do anything. but GPU usage seems significantly higher with BL, too high even for the presets and resolution ive tested on. at 720p ive seen 80% usage at lowest preset in Europa which just should not be happening.
