Pre Beyond Light used to get a v-sync locked 60 FPS absolutely everywhere in the game (6600k, 16GB, MSI gtx980) and the GPU would barely ever get to max clock speed, basically never at 100% utilisation (run MSI afterburner on a 2nd monitor).
Now performance is much worse. Most notably when loading into the church spawn point at the EDZ. FPS in the mid 40s and GPU utilisation 100%.
What's even weirder is that reducing graphic setting doesn't seem to help much at all!
Changed cvars, updated drivers, deleted shader cache... no luck : (

Edited by 123TheCloop: 11/22/2020 9:50:16 PMYh this is exact same experience Ive seen, cvar's doesnt help, shader cache nothing, settings dont do anything. but GPU usage seems significantly higher with BL, too high even for the presets and resolution ive tested on. at 720p ive seen 80% usage at lowest preset in Europa which just should not be happening.
