I’d just like to say myself and some friends did the same today. One of us died 4 times the other 2 of us stayed alive for the whole thing. We’ve got the medal for the flawless but no triumph

Same goes for me - completed without dying and getting no triumph. The ridiculousness of situation is that I have Saviour of the deep triumph, but no Eternal heretic triumph......

I know how you feel. I have the savior of the deep myself, checked how many flawless clears i have registered on my account and it says 6 at this time. Yet, 1 month later, not even a notice that the moon is being investigated to my knowledge.

Thank you for replying. It's a real shame bungie has not seen the post themselves yet I think, and i'm sorry you're dealing with the same issue. Here's hoping some activity in this post makes it that someone will look into this. Keep me posted if something changes for you, i did love to hear if you are able to fix this yourself. For sure if anything comes of this from Bungie’s end that would be great. Sooner rather than later as well! The Ehrath’Ur quest is bugged as well currently too as the Witch in the catacombs doesn’t spawn. So I think it may be an issue with more than 1 Shadowkeep feature. Likewise if you managed to fix your end please say :)
