same issue here on PC I completed all 4 encounters start to finish with my team, they all got the emblem but I didn't so I don't know which encounter didn't register but I think it is either 2 or 3 but I don't know as the triumph stays secret

I have the exact same issue. Finished after about 21 hours but no emblem. Bungie probably just gonna ignore us all though.

I have my fingers crossed but I don't think I am getting the emblem to be honest, I don't think bungie looks at these posts
