Hey there. Records show that your Season Pass was applied to your D2 Steam characters before you enabled Cross Save to use your D2 PSN characters. Season Passes can't be shared, transferred, or refunded. If you want to use your PSN characters you'll have to purchase a Season Pass. I am having the same issue, however I do not have crossplay enabled and only play on steam. Please help I have been trying to resolve this since BL launched.

Hi. You only purchased the Standard Edition of Beyond Light. That purchase doesn't come with a Season Pass.

I guarantee that I purchased the deluxe edition. Besides that I still can't play the DLC I payed for. I'm refunding and never playing your broken game again. Btw your support is abysmal. No support email? No support ticket system? Just this dumb community forum that the devs are barely on. Bungie you are frustrating as and your game is going down the drain. Bye
