Bungie seriously need to make a modifier
Bungie seriously need to make a difficulty modifier for raids. Weakened and strengthen modifier. Making enemies weak or strong. From easy to challenging fun. Also 15% exotics engram booster for raids and other activities.
Note: if the 15% exotics engram booster is too much we can left it out.
