Hello. Are you trying to log into Bungie.net with the credentials? You may want to use a different browser, clear cache/cookies, and opening a private window. After that, go to Settings > Accounts and Linking to link the Steam account. And then, you can proceed to migrate the data over.

  • We have tried to log in on two differed phones and two PCs via Battle.net or though Bungie and it consistently says no account is linked to either of her email addresses. It's worth noting - I still see her on my friends list on battle.net.

  • Her account is attached to the profile below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/18918846 Make sure the right email is being used. I would suggest logging in different ways until it logs you in.

  • Thank you for finding that, it's a relief at least to know the account still exists in some capacity. We have just tried again with each ema address she has, facebook login, google login, apple id login - none work. They all try to create a new account, which presumably wouldn't be possible if an account was already created. Any ideas?

  • You may want to contact Blizzard again.

  • Should we create an account with the email address we are certain is the one we used? Only worry is if that wipes the original. We also still have the old D2 installed on her PC, just can't access battle.net to open it.

  • I wouldnt make another account. But I would think you should be talking to blizzard since its their account the you cant log into. I dont think Bungie has anything to do with Blizzard account passwords.
