You don't have a Cipher in your inventory right? I want to do the Quest but I keep reading it doesn't give you anything

Currently, it seems some people get the rewards and some people don't and it's mind-boggling. Like how is Bungie gonna track down the people who don't have it and give them a cypher? If they ending up giving everyone a free one then the one who doesn't get one is missing out on the extra one.

Bungie doesn’t reward their mistakes that I have ever seen. It’s just tough crap if you experience them from what I’ve seen.
