New light players got more last season. They could at least get guns from the kiosk by drifter. New light players lost three planets, had half their weapons made obsolete, and don't get exotics, raids, plus there's no new vendor weapons. I have an account that does not have the new dlc. I literally only got one new gun, the pulse that drops from crucible. I remember dark below and i never bought that expansion but every tower vendor had guns you could earn even if you didn't buy the dlc, Crucible had all new in game drops, There were new world drops, Iron banner had new armor and loot. Oh and vendors had new armor too. I think this game is very different than those days. It's very different than even last season. But I would definitely NOT say this is new light written all over it when new light get's f-all this season. No new crucible maps or modes either. The only think new light got/will get is whatever's on the top of the season pass assuming they play the game that long and the countless pointless seasonal events that rarely give any meaningful weapons. i mean the raids, hunts, the new subclass with idiotic (in pvp) stasis, europa weapon drops are really all for paying people. Personally, i don't think it's worth paying for but that's another question.

This has new light written all over it.[/quote] theres tons of new armour and weapons,every slot is all new.guns never issued before,obviously you didnt buy it or play it,the free part would seem as nothing new .but i have a buttload if new everything and super. damagetype.more than theyve ever released.i keep unkocking more content,u gotta own the full game amd unlock the varicks chart and crows,i did that a year ago,it let me get 1stealfeather repeater,period.u gotta pay to play,at least to play for real .that free crap dont cut it i agree

Well considering a lot of content was spent reworking the cosmodrome and starter quests yes. This should have been done last year instead of accidently finding holiday tucked away on the hanger and no guidance. So now a dlc that should have been massive, gets cut in half for new light and ftp players.
