Talking to Spider

I've done the first quests for both forsaken and Shadowkeep Saved Osiris Met crow Now, when I come to Spider and I have to interact with him, his cut scene freezes my game I can't start the season of the hunt. I have season pass

Are you on console or pc? It might not be able to run the cutscene if it is a bad pc
