Stop,dude, just stop. Telling people to lower the clock rate of their GPU/ CPU is just nonsense to make it look like they are offering advice. This is as close to a universal issue as possible. They changed the lighting system in BL and suddenly frame rates are down. Huh? i wonder what the cause could be?

You have no real experience with doing this. They have asked for you to do certain steps to isolate certain issues. Yourself and myself have our own opinions on if it will work, or is right. Provide your specs to them like everyone else if you have major issues. Then hopefully something will get done. Just being "that guy" that moans like a child doesn't help the issue.
